My 1992 Ford Taurus will not start when outside temp is below freezing, hard to start when cold and starts fine when warmed up or warm outside. I did good tuneup but that didn't help. I was told the fault is in Integrated Relay Control Module but those are dealer only parts and very pricey! Other ideas?
