Hi I have a 1997 Ford Escort the cooling fan was Staying on all the time I had to take off the cooling fan fuse so that the fan did not stay on all night, now the fan only works if I turn the deforst on, could it be the cooling fan relay is bad, where is the relay at I can't find it please help me thank you
