how do you bypass the antitheft device on a 90 buick riviera, the starter has no crank or power, started fine ran for a while then come out later after changing a sensor and the car would not start I did get a scan tool and ran a system scan no trouble codes were stored or present. the volts on the battery ar 14.9V and does not drop when I turn the ignition, So that tells me that the starter is not getting juice. how do I get around that???
