I bought my '99 4Runner new and have had rear axle seals...

I bought my '99 4Runner new and have had rear axle seals (and brakes, etc.) replaced at least 5 times in the last two years (4 times were covered by warranty on the first set).  What the heck is going on here?  Has anyone else had this problem and how was it finally resolved?
