I had a power window regulator replaced two yrs ago on my 96 camaro RS,driver side; following year same window switch was replaced. In process, dealer scratched  window glass and later replaced it. Now the window will not shut all the way. (Noted rumbling noises and metallic noise when window hit the casing of door after glass replaced). Without taking it apart, but when it was then working intermittently, determined by the action of the window; dealer said needs new motor (regulator) again. Can this be possible?warranty only covers one year.anything else to look for?would like to ask intelligent qusestions when I have it replaired.
