i have acquired a 1991 GMC topkick with the 366ci 6.0 liter gas engine. at startup the engine has a slight knock. after warm-up it tends to go away at an idle. i have just replaced the lifters and still have same noise. have replaced main and rod bearings along with a new oil pump because of low oil pressure. after warm-up noise goes away at idle but under load noise still there. could it be a spark knock? rockers and cam look good. chain is a-little sloppy but cant see it being the noise. if it is spark knock what is the antidote for this problem?
