ok ive got a 93' shadow 2.2L 5 speed and my clutch went out a few months ago well when i got it on the road again its CRAP!!ive been reading up on this and i know its not uncommon in 2.2's.it acts like it out of gas, spittin'andsputterin'puffin black smoke like somthin awful and whenever i put it in neutral or slowdown fast it quits.you can watch the batt.gauge start to loose power right before it quits.so today i went and bought the following,MAP sensor, ignition coil, rotor button, plugs and wires, stop smoking oil, carb cleaner, some hoses, pcv valve, and a fuel filter.and it helped alot.it dont jump and carry-on anymore but its still quitting when in neutral.I mean i gotta drive it like a 2-stroke bike.would the T.P.S or Oxygen sensor do this??And what else do you think would cause this?????????????
