My 8 yr. old min. schnauzer has smelly gas for the past wk,& I can hear his breathing while laying down or sleeping, kinda a snore like congested sound also he has started licking his lips like he has been eating for no reason at all( when he hasn't eaten)
He has been to the vet. recently he's in good health any ideas what this could be?
