I just bought a 1999 Plymouth Voyager and with the ignition...

I just bought a 1999 Plymouth Voyager and with the ignition key on or the van running the power door locks ,radio memories and head lights work , but when you shut the key off the doors will not lock or unlock, the radio settings disappear and the headlights stay on for a few minutes and then they go out and then if you use the headlight switch the headlights will not come on till the ignition switch is turned on again. Can any one help
