Where is the turn signal relay for a 1993 Audi 100S located....

Where is the turn signal relay for a 1993 Audi 100S located.  I have looked in the auxilary relay block under the dash, as well as the box under the hood and have yet to locate the relay.  Also, what number is on the relay itself?
