I work in the film industry and am constantly being asked to put a male plug  on the conductors supplying a metal chandelier there are two conductors white and black but no ground isn't it code that the metal on a light be grounded what is the easiest way to do this ?

jus do it it doesn't matter... jus get the light on and throw in a 1k dimmer in line and call it in asking the gaffer to have the dp take a look @ it to to his/her approval set the light level ...2 stops over ambient..sangbigeric@aol.com
