My 2yr old Pit Bull has bloody mass on his inner-penis. His foreskin gets stuck back on it  and won't cover his penis. When this happens he goes crazy and constantly licks it. Sometimes the skin will slip back over the mass and cover it up, but sometimes I have to pull it back over. Can anyone tell me what it is? Or what I can do to help it? I have a picture of it that I can email to someone if they can help. Thank you very much. Jake.
