how do I change my nose stud?  When I first got it pierced it was a nose screw and it came out fine and I put in a stud that was straight and had a ball on the end.  But now the gem has fallen out and I attempted to change it but couldn't get it out!!!  Please, how do I change it?  Should I go to a professional piercer to do it?  Can I go to anyone or do I have to go to where I got it done?  I hope not because I recently moved and now I'm 3 and 1/2 hrs from where I got it done. help please??
