I bought a 91 f150 with a 351. The tranny was shot, so i took a 3 speed out of a 87. I had to do some fabricating to get the manual tranny to fit where the automatic was. Now its grinding when I shift gears. Is there any kind of adjustment for the clutch or any way to get it to stop. Also, when the truck is first started it doesn't want to stay running until about a mile of driving. Would that be a bad throttle control censor? Please E-mail me at brian187springer@yahoo.com
Thanks
