Hi im jessica and i wanted to know of any good breeders in the ny nj area for yorkie pups im looking for some and i dont understand what everyone is talking about with the prices. now what price is a good price i dont want to spend 3 grand but i heard also 500 is to low , whats the price mean and im not to sure of what a puppy mill is
