How do you replace the serpentine tensioner pulley on Chrystler 3.0L engines.  The tensioner pulley bearings have seized on my 1994 Dodge Shadow ES.  I don't need to replace the tensioner assembly, just the pulley.  Namely, does anybody know if the pulley bolt has forward or reverse threads?  Forward threads make sense, otherwise pulling to relieve belt tension would loosen the bolt.
