I read that Hanuman travel has a bad reputation...then I was looking for the particulars and found none...what is your experience with hanuman travel and their small guest house outside of Ankor Wat?

Hanuman are very good. I used them in February this year for 14 days round Cambodia. Ask for Vireak Soung to be your guide. He is excellent. Have not tried the guest house but am sure it's lovely. Their premises/offices are very nice. Cambodia and Siem Reap are so charming that it would take a truly appalling travel agency to spoil your experience.

We trust Hanuman for everything. We spent one month and they handled all hotels, transport and incidentals.  We were absolutely impressed at every level.  I recommend them to all our friends.

I disagree. I have had very bad experiences with them. Some of the staff are great but service is patchy and management is exceedingly arrogant and dismissive of complaints.
