I have a  problem using my PC through outlook express through company servers.
When, during my travels, I  connect my PC to one of those servers, and even if I have access to yahoo using my yahoo mail box, I cannot use outlook express (Pop.mail.yahoo.com
smtp.mail.yahoo.com)that returns  errors  0x800CCC0F
I believe it is because  pop.mail.yahoo.com and smtp.mail.yahoo.com are blocked by those servers (your §3.8)
Is there any possibility to strap that blocking?
