Recently purchased a Taylor NS34CE with Savarez 520R nylon strings.  Every 2 weeks the 4th D string wears out at various fret locations.  Guitar was inspected and found to be ok. Frets are smooth with no burrs.  When I got rid of my previous guitar, it still had the original set of nylon strings on it, and they were over 10 years old.  I've had this guitar for 2 months, and I'm on my 5th set of strings. Can you shed any light on this problem?
