In my 96 Camaro RS the passenger side window does not work...

In my 96 Camaro RS the passenger side window does not work and also the drivers side works but there is a gap like its not going up all the way and its also "jumping" a little when going half way down. I just bought this car so i need it tight for the rainy months coming here in Oregon!....ANY IDEAS?
