The plaster of paris in the two joints of my 4 1/2 X 9' table is breaking up under the cloth and effecting play.  Should I replace the plaster of paris?  Is it difficult to apply melted bees wax in the joints?  How should I proceed?  (I live in the country with no mechanics easily available.) Thanks
