I recently found a 1939 (XVIII)10 lire note "REGNO D'ITALIABIGLIETO DI STATO A CORSO LEALE" in fair (?) condition.  It has 3 signatures under the denomination info in the center, a portrait of an official looking individual (left 1/3rd)with the words Instituto Poligrafico dello Stato on the right 1/3 is blank except for small lettering "Official Carte Valor" on at the bottom.
The other side has a 'roman senator in full head gear on the right 1/3rd numbered 757879 on top of portrait and 0604 on bottom, the left 1/3 being blank except for the same numbers in reverse positon.  The center tells the domination
however, on the side with the serial numbers in the center 1/3rd there are two rectangler boxes (top and bottom)the bottom one reads  "Regio Decreto Legge 20 Maggio 1935 XIII N874 E Decreto Ministerial 18 Giugno 1935-XIII.
The top box is more dificualt to read but begins "Lalegge Puniscer Fabrica Toridi Bigliette .... I think it's someting about counterfeiting the bill??
I know nothing about old money or collecting money - I found it in an old house we purchased in a trunk and am just wondering if what I have is of any value
Thanks
