This is all new to us! We were thinking of letting our Dachshund have just one litter of pups before we have her fixed. She is now having her 3rd cycle. She is 2 yrs old. Is it when she is bleeding, that we let the male come around or after she is stopped bleeding? Also is it recommended that because she is mini, should we also breed her with a mini? If the male and female are both mini's and the same colors, will the pups come out the same colors?
