I have a 1994 Plymoth Voyegeur.  When you turn the ignition on there is a buzzing sound like a warning but I can not figure out what is wrong for the buzzer to come on.  I have tried all the obvious and they make no difference.  The buzzer stays on until the ignition is turned off.
