There is www.buttforyou.com. These are great! I've tried it myself and fit excellent. I could be a little pricey, but worth the investment.

There is a new company in Canada that ships all over the world. They make great butt padded underwear for both MEN and WOMEN and their prices are really reasonable. You should check them out at http://www.bottomsup.ca
