Would an inflated/manipulated 6-MONTH LIBOR INDEX carry over to the next Loan if the Loan was refinanced before its scheduled Rate Change? Details are as follows:
2/28 ARM Loan Program, 9.250% APR, 6.00% Margin, YSP: 1.389%, Ceiling Rate: 16.250, Floor Rate: 9.250, 1.50 / 6-months on change date- 7.00$ cap, 1.861% Index (based on Loan Lock Date of 9/2003)- this figure based on Historical Index Data for the 6-Month Libor showed 1.1795 thus a difference of .6815. Cents on the Dollar stolen but Long term Catastrophic Losses. This happened to 2 of my properties. Please shed light on this. Morgage Fraud is getting out of control. A stop has to be made. Please help me and it may be of help to the IRS- CID as well. Robert Tapia 661-435-3936
