My transmission sticks in the lower gears after warming up...

My transmission sticks in the lower gears after warming up and the check engine light comes on  If I pull over and turn the engine off for a few seconds it seems to reset and work again till I slow down and it shifts back down. I have had it in the Chrysler dealer and they can't seem to tell me what is wrong with it for some reason.
