Yes, having sex isn't the only way to become infected with the HIV virus. If she was to share her drug needles with an infected person, Or have some sort of blood to blood contact with someone carry the HIV virus or having full blown Aids. But if what you are asking is... Can she get infected by having a pal or boyfriend or whatever with Aids without screwing them... The answer is no... As long as they aren't mixing blood or sharing needles.

yes because sex is not the only way AIDS is transmitted.
