I have a chi-pin puppy 3 months old. I've been litter training her by using the following method I found:

She's in a crate while I work that houses her litterbox, her water, and allows her space to lie down and turn around. She does not eat in the kennel. I feed her before I go to work and then she eats again mid-afternoon when my DH gets home to feed her. I would like to graduate her to the bathroom, but am worried about her chewing on the woodwork while I'm gone at work. We have a new home and I'm sure my husband would insist on getting rid of her if she tore it up. Should I just keep with the way I'm doing it?
