If you are attempting to start you're dodge Dakota 1994 and a clicking noise occures but the motor does not turn, only clicking when key is engaged then battery discharge occures ; when charging same noise occures when attempting jump start on charger... so here's my question is the problem coming from my solenoid or starter or both, what should I replace
