i am in usa, my visa status is j1,it will expire end of this year 2006,my husband is canadian permanent residant,he sponsored me as canadian permanent residancy, but still now i did not get the paper work, now my question is if i did not get my paper work for canadian permanent residancy end of this year then can i enter canada, or  can i stay in USA  for few months that my papers are processing, after process i will leave USA.
