would someone know of a dog's allergic reaction (Severe) to the use of a dog flea&tick shampoo ??

Yes, that happened to a couple of my dogs over the years, generally because they were allergic to begin with.I now use only hypo-allergenic shampoo for dogs. For the reaction, my vet recommended bathing the dog with a bar of Ivory soap, then following with an Alpha-Keri bath oil in the rinse water. Use one of the spot-applied flea killing products from the vet, instead of an all over treatment.
