I have a 92 Oldsmobile Supreme convertable. The top goes down good, but will not come back up without lots of brut force. Can anyone help me with this? I had a new top put on last year. The guy that did it said I would need fluid in it, but did not know where it went. I need some help with this. Thanks a lot, Tipper
