what do i do about my wiring problem on my 94 chrysler new yorker? the windshield wipers wont go off with the switch, i have to pull the fuse, and at the same time my dash controls come on and off i can never tell how much gas i have or how fast im going, but if i turn the wipers on the dash will work inaccurately, now my fan relay went out, Ive torn the hole dash apart looking for a loose wire but no luck
