install an anti-virus software, and never too late updating the newer virus definitions. another way (but this is will hard way) use an Operating System that is not wellknown.

Hello Friend, It's advisable to use anti-virus softwares.But make sure that you install the anti-virus for almost every software program you wanna install to your P.C. 'cause some software companies insert code Number to their programs to avoid easy downloading of their programs for free..So when you download the program,you download Virus.Got me right?

friends, download an anti-spyware software. If its not for free, get the registration code from www.seriall.com.Spyware protecters give realtime protection from viruses, trojans, spywares etc.
