I have a 10 mo old Weimaraner puppy. Suddenly he developed a small cut on the bottom of his back left pad. Upon closer examination I noticed in between his toes the skin is raw, cracked and bleeding.  The next day his foot was really swollen, last night He jumped up on the couch and I noticed blood. I looked at his foot and noticed his right paw has the same condition. I am not sure what is happening. He is mostly an indoor dog. The only time he really goes outside is to go potty and then he comes back in and enjoys laying on his big pillow in his kennel. I cannot afford to take him to see a vet and I have called several but no one has really offered any help. One place that wanted 800.00 told me to keep them clean, soak in peroxide and bandage. I am very worried about his paws.   I have been cleaning them with mild soap and water and then soaking in some hydrogen peroxide,  after that I wrap in gauze and medical tape to keep him from licking and chewing. I know he needs alot of exercise but everytime he walks on them they start bleeding so I have been keeping him in his kennel as much as possible to keep him off his feet so they can heal. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
