i have a new 318 engine , it came with timing gears and chain installed.we had #1 piston tdc and installed the harmonic balancer with the timing marks showing tdc.the engine runs good but when we put a timing light on it  the mark on the harmonic are 180 out.we put the light on #1 plug wire and that was the results.how can this be?when we hooked the light to # 8 wire  we could barely see the mark on the bottom.  HELP!!!
