I have a 2004 Dodge Stratus.  Yesterday we noticed that when we turned the knob for the A/C to turn on no air would blow out until we put th knob on the #4 (the highest setting).  We aren't getting any air on 1,2,or 3.  It does the same thing with the heat also.  Wondering what the problem could be and how costly it will be to fix.  Thanks!
