I am a U.S. Citizen, my wife is Chinese, we were married in China two years ago. Recently she was denial for visa. 3 months ago, she had her interview, and required to submit more evidences. Just last week, she submitted all her docs and evidence, and was disapproved. My question is how likely can we get approve from appealing. If we reapply, is there more chances of getting approve the 2nd time? Thanks
