My 7 yr neutered german short hair pointer/whippet seems to be liking his penis a lot lately.  we noted some grayish tiny bumps, but also, it seems to be hard more than usual. It comes out and he licks it quite a bit - seems like he's masturbating, but we don't know this for sure.  he does seem "embarrassed" by the protrusion.  

Any ideas?
