Are there any old wise tales or methods to naturally conceive twins? My grandmother on my fathers side was a twin, she had twins(boy and girl), and one of my uncles had identical twins. I would love to have them. I have one child now and had no problems conceiving. Is there any thing we can do to increase our chances?

I've heard from an old wise Chinese Doctor, that if you want to conceive Twins naturally, here is the recipe: B6 vitamin (200mg daily) Calcium (1000mg daily) Yams (Freshly brewed in a Juicer) Apparently all three of those things must be used on a daily basis to ensure a naturally stimulated ovary that will ovulate at least 2 eggs a month. Is there a wise tale about owls??? Everyday I hear an owl hoot and when I'm at work in my office I hear an owl hoot. What does this mean??? This is very spooky to me. Thanks

I have heard that taking a supplement of folic acid can also increase your chances of concieving twins. Also if you are over 30 your chances become greater and if you already have a considerable amount of children you also have a higher chance of concieving multiples. goodluck!!!

I will try this too since we would like a set of twins as oddball as that notion is, lol. Please remember according to Herbalist the Yam is the root, not the one in stores, best to find in Health store (vitamins) as a supplement. FYI.

In my family, twins skip a generation. My grandmother is a twin. My mom and her siblings are not twins, but 2 of my moms brothers had twins. Now, its my sister or my turn to have twins. So maybe it skips a generation in your family, too.

I have read also that if you have been taking the oral contraceptive pill for longer than 6 months and conceive straight after stopping it - your chances of twins doubles.

I've heard of seafood... eating a lot of seafood will make you more fertile. My godmothers family is a seafood family they eat seafood regularly and almost every girl in her family has a set of twins... hope this helps

yes..after sex stand on one leg eat mac and cheese and sing im henry the eighth i am. Its guaranteed to work. Trust me on this one.

I concieved twins and all I know is we were on the floor when it happened. Other than that....I was very active at that time. (most fit)I took no vitamins and if anything,we had sex for a long time? Maybe this will help?
