I installed a samsung dvd burner on May,2006 which works real good giving me a 50% satisfaction. My computer brand is- Compaq Presario 500 1CL but i still continue to have some problems, when i got satisfied that it plays DVD movies,burns DVD movies,plays CDS,burns CDS and does alot of other good things that i enjoy. I tried to erase the movie off the blank DVD=R, then get an error message that it cannot erase. The error message says- FAILED:D:\Video_IS.IfO[access is denied.]. I get the same problem with the CD-R too. I clicked start,click my computer,i right click [the DVD file],right click [files on the DVD],click erase then that's when the error pops up. I want to know whats wong???
