I was cited for 22108 vc in california. I made a u-turn into the part of the right and left lane and then changed lanes completely to the left lane. (there were 2 lanes, right and left). The officer stated the u-turn was legal. 22108 states a signal must be continous 100ft prior to turning. I never made a right or left turn. He should have refered to violation 22107 vc. Can I win this case?
