my mother died 3 years ago without a will.  I am the only child.  My father has remarried a wicked woman, who is trying to take over all of my father's (& mother's) land.  What am I entitled to legally, since I should be considered an heir?  I do not know how the house/land was titled, but my mother's name is on all the property.
