I have a 95 Neon that has the check engine light on.  I ran the diagnostic on it and it showed codes 12 and 21.  It has been like this for about a week and the car seems to run fine.  I read somewhere that this combination is a results of some glitch that sets this code.  Should I try and reset the codes and see if it goes away?  If the problem is with O2 Sensors, how do I tell which one it is?  How hard are they to replace?
