I'm not sure if this is a computer virus, but my computer...

I'm not sure if this is a computer virus, but my computer has been very uncooperative lately. I open up just one or several windows, and I can never seem to close them without using Ctrl+Alt+Delete.

Is that a computer virus anybody know about? Or is it something else?
