i bought a female chihuahua about 5 months ago from this guy...

i bought a female chihuahua about 5 months ago from this guy named earl spence.well the pup died after 12 hrs that i bought her home.well vet cant figure out why she died.i called him up and demaned to have my money back,he said no he couldnt do that.he said that he can replace my pup,well its been 5 1/2 months now,so i email him and he said itll be another yr before i get my replacement.what gets me is that how can he get away with no health statement from vet when she was shipped to me?plus i have no records of her shots she had?and no contract papers to sign saying anthing about refuding or replacing my pup.he doesnt understand that i worked hard for my money to get me this pup and he gets away with this....he isnt a very honest person.he said that brittney spears bought a pup from him.what should i do?
