I have several holes through my ears. All of them are small, needle sized holes. I recieved them from being caught in a piece of machinery. The machine was very clean and I have cleaned out the holes. These holes are mostly on my ear lobe. Will they heal? How long does it take? They are small holes, but will I have to worry about the build-up of an scar tissue?

Thanks for any help.
