I have a 115/230 V motor on my tablesaw.  I'd like to hook it up to the 220 side for more power. I've changed the wiring inside the cover plate of the motor according to their diagram (for 220).

There are only 2 wires coming out of the motor to be hooked to  power.  Is each one of these to be hooked to a 110? And then the other two (green & white) of the 4 wire power cord, do I just ground them against the motor housing?  Some help is needed here. Thanks so much
