Hi, My name is Teri Hargrove and I am having a problem.
My husband and I own a blue heeler by the name of Ozzy. My in laws
own a female named Star. They are both 4 years old and we let them have
pups in March. I decided to keep 1 of the females so that Ozzy would
have someone to play with and are selling the other 8. We brought her home
on Thursday. Ozzy walked around with her and seemed just fine. He would
love on her and sniff her all over. We decided to build a little pin
for her outside in the yard to keep her in. we did this last night. When
we put her in it, she of course started whining. Ozzy gave her a low
little growl and she stopped. I figured he was telling her to hush. This
morning when we put her in the pin, Ozzy stood there and growled and
barked at her. I got alittle alarmed and called my husband outside. He
picked her up and had her on the ground with him and Ozzy grabbed her
with his teeth. I am very scared that he is going to hurt her. Will I have
to sell her with the rest of the puppies or is there anything
I can do to protect her? Ozzy is getting fixed tomorrow. Will that
help? Please help me. I have grown attached to her and don't want to let
her go.
  Thank you for your time.
